The "Must Take" floor project - the design and full renovation of the (4) floors that Paramount acquired in November 2020, opened to employees in August and October of 2022. and was the culmination of nearly three years of work during Covid, as our team explored what the workplace would become. These floors were the first at our NYC Headquarters that were designed for agile working, providing additional collaboration and focus space for our employees to use. The team challenged ourselves in designing a space that could showcase the creativity and diversity within the Paramount brands, content, and culture.
This project received LEEDv4 Gold certification, and was a finalist for a 2023 CoreNet NYC Project of the Year award [90,000 - 150,000 SQ FT category]
